Yes, absolutely, I included a separate 2 week vegan meal plan for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. No matter what diet you follow there will be lots of nutritious and delicious recipes to choose from.
During this program we will avoid sugar, grains, corn, peanuts, processed foods, alcohol, dairy, and caffeinated drinks. Don’t worry, I have included everything you need for a smooth transformation. If you can’t function without coffee we will take a step by step approach to reduce it slowly. It’s a gentle but very effective approach to help the body reset. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding I would not recommend any type of restrictive diet program. As this program is based on whole foods with few modifications, you will be able to join us, learn principles of healthy eating and upgrade your nutrition knowledge. Please contact me privately and I will advice you accordingly to your situation and modify the plan for you.

Cleaning up your diet for 14 days will have a powerful impact on your emotional state. As stress melts away, your metabolism will be able to function optimally.
This program is designed to optimise your nutrition and metabolism to help you feel better. As you start to change how and what you eat, your body will start to adapt and some individuals will feel this more than others. It depends on your starting point, how much sugar you currently consume, and if you follow a plant rich diet. Common side effects at the start of your plan can include cravings, fatigue, and headaches from sugar and caffeine withdrawal, however these should be short lived.
