Hello!

HEALTH ISSUES I SPECIALISE IN:

Hormonal – perimenopause, menopause, PCOS, PMS, painful periods, fibroids, thyroid disorders and adrenal dysfunction
Digestive – bloating, discomfort, constipation, diarrhoea, IBS, H Pylori and heartburn
Energy – fatigue and poor sleep
Weight – weight gain, sluggish metabolism and insulin resistance

I see you. Juggling a demanding career, a busy family life, and silently wondering why your body no longer feels like yours. You’re doing everything “right,” yet the weight won’t budge, your energy is flat, and the spark you once had feels dim.

I believe no woman should feel like a stranger in her own body. I know what it’s like to wake up exhausted, battling cravings, struggling with bloating, brain fog and wondering why you feel disconnected from yourself despite doing your best.

I know exactly how that feels because I’ve lived it.

My journey into nutrition began long before I qualified as a Nutritional Therapist. In my twenties, I hit rock bottom while working in my dream job in New York. I was living off coffee, sugar, stress and a diet that did nothing to support me. My body eventually gave up and I developed debilitating IBS, chronic fatigue, bad acne and felt completely burnt out. Conventional medicine had no answers, so I turned to a nutritionist. Within months everything changed. My digestion got much better, my energy returned and I felt like myself again.

That experience lit a fire in me to understand the connection between food, body and mind, and how powerful it is when you align them all.

But it wasn’t until my late thirties, after navigating fertility challenges, pregnancy and motherhood, that I faced another unexpected shift. Approaching 40, I was blindsided by weight shifts, mood swings, exhaustion and a deep sense of being ‘off’. Everything I used to do to stay balanced stopped working. That’s when I realised this wasn’t about discipline or willpower it was about understanding my changing body on a deeper level.

I made the necessary shifts adjusting my diet, slowing down my pace, tuning into what my body truly needed and found my way back to feeling strong, confident and energised.

This is why I do what I do. I know how frustrating and lonely it can feel when your body seems to betray you. But I also know, with the right support, knowledge and guidance it’s entirely possible to feel in control again not just short term, but for life.

I trained at the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London, where I qualified as a Registered Nutritional Therapist in 2013. I am a proud member of the British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (BANT) and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC). I’m also trained in NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and food addiction coaching, helping my clients overcome emotional eating, self-sabotage, and long-held beliefs that keep them stuck.

For over a decade, I’ve helped women just like you break free from the health issues, diets, the fads and the confusion. Together, we create a clear, personalised path rooted in science and mindset so you can stop guessing, finally understand your body, and feel empowered in your health.

Because it’s not just about losing weight or fixing symptoms it’s about reclaiming your confidence, energy and joy. It’s about feeling good in your body again and staying that way.
