  • Personalised Nutrition & Lifestyle Plan – A fully tailored plan that fits your life, covering diet, supplements (if needed), stress management, sleep, and movement, ensuring sustainable changes.
  • Coaching & Mindset Support – Practical strategies to overcome emotional eating, self-sabotage, and limiting beliefs so you stay motivated and committed
  • Follow-Up Sessions (60 min x 4) – Ongoing accountability, progress check-ins and adjustments, and expert guidance to keep you moving forward with confidence.
  • Whatsapp/Email Support (Monday to Friday) – Encouragement, motivation, and quick answers to keep you on track between sessions. You’re never alone on this journey!
  • Recipe & Meal Planning Guidance – Easy, quick meal ideas that fit into your busy life, so eating well feels effortless.
  • Supplement & Lifestyle Recommendations – Science-backed, practitioner-grade recommendations tailored to your needs to maximise results.
  • Functional Medicine Testing & Interpretation (if needed) – Personalised lab tests to uncover the root causes of underlying imbalances, whether hormonal, gut-related, or metabolic. This helps target and address issues at their source, leading to lasting change rather than just managing symptoms. (Test fees are not included in the package price).
